Chapter Seven

Garrick pressed his lips between Rhian’s shoulder blades and just enjoyed how happy Rhian looked with his head resting on Savannah’s belly. He caught Savannah’s gaze, and she looked more joyous than he’d seen her in weeks.

They were all right. They were going to be better than all right.

This family was going to be awesome.

With a final press of his lips, Garrick stood and stared down at where his hand held the thick plug against Rhian’s ass. The first third had slipped in without any resistance, which had been ridiculously hot. It also meant Rhian would be relatively comfortable, once they got through the tricky part of getting the widest bit past his sensitive rim.

That was, though, a really tricky part. Fortunately, Rhian would love every minute of it.

Garrick twisted his wrist and Rhian twitched when the plug glanced off the right spot. Garrick took advantage of Rhian’s distraction and pressed forward.

He didn’t expect Rhian’s body to open up and accept another third, but it did, just like that. Rhian groaned, the sound muffled against Savannah’s skin.

“That a happy sound?” Garrick asked, needing to be sure.

“God. It is. I don’t know why it is. I should be kicking you.”

Garrick nudged the plug forward, then eased back, taking up a steady rhythm of gentle thrusts and slow retreats. He ran his finger along Rhian’s rim, marveling at how it stretched taut. He regretted not having used a lube that didn’t taste like hell.

Of all of them, Rhian enjoyed this the most. He liked having his ass played with, would happily submit to it for hours over the summer. Maybe that was because for a huge portion of the year it just wasn’t possible. In theory, it shouldn’t have been possible now, but Rhian had seemed certain and Garrick was never going to say no to either of them.

He pushed the plug a little harder, a little further, and Rhian grunted. But he also leaned into Garrick, his body stretching beautifully to accommodate the plug.

“Jesus Christ, how big is this thing?” he groaned.

Before Garrick could answer, he gave a last nudge and the plug slipped into Rhian’s body and seated there, the anchor lodged tightly between his cheeks.

“Jesus fuck,” Rhian gasped, his hands spasming around Savannah’s hips, but Garrick knew it wasn’t a complaint.

He smiled and tucked his hands under Rhian’s ribs, urging him to stand.

“What…are you…oh my god.”

Rhian waivered on his feet in the middle of the kitchen, naked as the day he was born and more beautiful than any other man Garrick had ever laid eyes on. Garrick kept his hands on Rhian to steady him—or to catch him if needed—but also just to feel his warmth and register the steady, if rapid, beat of his heart.

“How’s that?” Garrick asked playfully.

“Umm…wow.”

Savannah sat up on the countertop. “Ready to head upstairs?”

“What?” Rhian asked, shaking his head. His hand hovered by his hip, as if contemplating reaching behind him to feel the plug for himself.

Garrick threaded their fingers together instead. “Yeah, let’s head upstairs.
